| Procedures |
| The surgery is done under suitable anaesthesia. An incision is taken behind the ear to trim or reshape the cartilage. Excess skin if any may also be excised.
You will have a soft compressive dressing over your ears post-operatively. |
Post-operative Course

You will be advised to rest with your head elevated and to apply cold compresses to minimize swelling. You need to protect your ears and may be advised to use headbands to hold the ears back. Stitches are generally removed after 7 days. |
